Lead Real Estate Acquisitions VA

Pay: $6–$8/hr depending on experience

Hours: Flexible part-time to start

Company: Cornerstone Equity Group – Land Wholesaling

I’m looking for a highly experienced acquisitions VA who has closed deals before (land or houses). Not training anyone from scratch. I need someone who knows the process, the scripts, and how to turn leads into contracts.

REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiable):

• You have closed deals before (send proof or details)

• Strong negotiation skills

• Confident talking to motivated & non-motivated sellers

• Experience with land deals is a BIG plus

• Can analyze parcels (acreage, access, utilities, zoning)

• Understands skip tracing, comps, CRMs

• Understands assignment contracts, wholesale flow, and objections

• Excellent English

• Experience with tools like:

BatchLeads, REI Reply, Podio, Propwire, etc.

Your Daily Duties:

• Call warm leads & follow-up leads

• Qualify motivation

• Negotiate toward contract terms

• Pull land lists & skip trace

• Text campaigns & lead outreach

• Talk to agents & gather info

• Build buyer list

• Keep CRM organized

• Only bring me leads that are REAL opportunities

• Help move deals toward contract
