Remote Property Showing Coordinator (Leasing Support)

Equity Leases (operating as Rental Doors LLC) is seeking a Remote Property Showing Coordinator to support leasing operations for a residential property management portfolio. This role focuses on coordinating showings, managing leasing inquiries, and guiding applicants through the early stages of the leasing process — all remotely.

The position is operations-focused and does not involve in-person showings, sales quotas, rent collection, or maintenance coordination. It is well suited for candidates with prior property management or leasing experience who are comfortable handling high volumes of written and phone communication.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Responding promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, text, and email
• Scheduling and coordinating self-guided and agent-assisted property showings
• Providing clear access instructions using lockboxes, smart locks, or showing platforms
• Confirming appointments and following up with prospective tenants
• Pre-screening applicants based on basic qualification criteria
• Guiding applicants through the application process and answering questions
• Maintaining accurate records of showings, prospects, and application status
• Updating property availability and showing instructions as needed
• Logging activity in property management software and maintaining organized notes

Typical qualifications include:

• Prior experience in property management, leasing, or real estate coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
• Comfort working independently within defined processes
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus (e.g., Buildium, AppFolio)
• Understanding of Fair Housing guidelines preferred

Compensation & schedule:

• Hourly or per-showing compensation, based on experience and workload
• Pay range publicly listed: $15.00–$29.30 per hour
• Flexible schedule with coverage during peak leasing hours
• Part-time, contract structure with potential to expand as volume grows
