- Handling contract to close process<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Intake and opening new contracts<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Thoroughly reviewing contracts<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Sending out summaries to agents<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Communicating with all parties via email<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Following up with associations, lenders, title, agents, etc.<\/span>

- Ensuring docs are received and accurate<\/span>

- Handling compliance<\/span>
