The Chelsea Phillips Group is looking for a motivated Transaction Coordinator (VA) to keep our agents focused on clients while you run the backend—from The first signature to post-close follow-up. We’ll train you in our proven systems (Lofty, Sisu, Dotloop) and help you grow within a team that truly values your contribution
What You’ll Do: You'll work with our long standing coordinator (3+ years) to provide extra support and off hours coverage
Manage Client transitions from contract → close → post-close Process contracts withing an hour
Ensure all Georgia contracts and timelines are correct
Keep everything on track in Lofty, Sisu, and Dotloop
Communicate updates and send reminders to agents and clients
What We’re Looking For
Experience with Georgia real estate contracts (required)
Proficiency in Lofty, Sisu, Dotloop
Organized, responsive, and a true team player
Comfortable collaborating and finishing tasks before handoffs
Reliable internet + professional remote setup
Must be available Wed–Sun, 4:00–9:00 AM PHT
