Property Acquisition Specialist (Commission-Only, Remote)

SFR Acquisition Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Property Acquisition Specialist to join its real estate investment sales team. This is a full-time, remote commission-only role designed for acquisition professionals who are comfortable working high-volume lead flow and closing deals independently.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Managing inbound acquisition leads and responding promptly

• Conducting seller conversations and negotiating purchase terms
• Tracking daily performance metrics and pipeline activity
• Working within the company’s CRM and sales systems
• Maintaining focus on deal volume, speed, and execution

Typical qualifications include:

• 2+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions or wholesale sales
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Comfort with high call volume and extended phone sessions
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales workflows
• Self-discipline and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Willingness to be available nights and weekends as needed
