Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist (Investment Team)

Legacy RE Capital Group LLC is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join its growing real estate investment team. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and negotiating residential real estate opportunities that align with the company’s acquisition strategy.

The position is designed for motivated individuals who want hands-on exposure to real estate investing and acquisitions. Key responsibilities may include:

• Identifying potential acquisition opportunities through research, outreach, and lead follow-up
• Analyzing properties using comparative market analysis (CMA) and basic due diligence
• Communicating with property owners and other stakeholders to gather information
• Negotiating purchase terms to secure viable investment deals
• Coordinating with internal team members to move opportunities through the acquisition process
• Maintaining organized records of conversations, contracts, and deal notes
• Staying informed on market conditions, zoning considerations, and relevant regulations
• Ensuring activities align with Fair Housing laws and ethical standards

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
