Real Estate Dispositions Coordinator (Deal Ownership Role)

Express Home Offers LLC is seeking a Real Estate Dispositions Coordinator to take ownership of real estate investment deals from contract through closing. This is a performance-driven role focused on executing exit strategies, managing buyer activity, and ensuring deals reach closing efficiently.

The position is not administrative in nature. The Dispositions Coordinator is responsible for decision-making, problem resolution, and maintaining momentum throughout the lifecycle of each deal. This role is best suited for professionals who are comfortable operating independently, communicating clearly, and being accountable for outcomes.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Managing real estate investment deals from executed contract through closing
• Selecting and executing appropriate exit strategies (e.g., wholesale, novation, creative finance, wholetail)
• Pre-marketing properties and generating buyer interest
• Coordinating with buyers, title companies, and internal teams
• Identifying and resolving issues that could delay or jeopardize closings
• Providing regular updates on deal status and progress
• Maintaining visibility into timelines, margins, and deal risks

Tools & systems exposure may include:

• Investor-focused platforms such as PropStream, InvestorLift, or similar
• CRM systems (e.g., RESimpli or comparable tools)
• Email and SMS outreach systems
• Transaction management platforms

Success in this role is typically measured by:

• Speed and consistency of deals moving from contract to closing
• Effectiveness of exit strategy execution
• Protection of deal margins and proactive issue resolution
• Clear, reliable reporting on deal status

Compensation & structure:

• Base compensation listed by employer: $100,000 annually
• Employer references long-term earning potential tied to performance
• Full-time, remote position
