Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist (Off-Market Deals)

Flipur Real Estate is seeking a full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to support its off-market deal sourcing and investment pipeline. This role focuses on identifying, negotiating, and securing distressed and value-add residential properties for fix-and-flip and investment purposes.

The position is well-suited for candidates with strong sales instincts, comfort with high-volume outbound communication, and an interest in real estate investing and deal-making. The company emphasizes disciplined underwriting, performance metrics, and long-term growth.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Sourcing and negotiating off-market residential investment opportunities
• Communicating with sellers, agents, and wholesalers via phone and messaging
• Evaluating deals through basic underwriting and comparable sales analysis
• Coordinating property access and walkthroughs when needed
• Collaborating with internal teams to move deals through the pipeline
• Meeting activity and performance benchmarks related to calls, offers, and closed deals

Ideal candidates typically have:

• Sales or customer-facing experience (real estate experience is a plus)
• Strong phone communication and negotiation skills
• Comfort working in a metrics-driven, outbound environment
• Availability for regular team meetings and ongoing training
