No. Candidate information is provided by the candidate. Profiles are reviewed for relevance and professionalism, but REVA Hire does not verify references, run background checks, or guarantee hiring outcomes.

Can I hire US-based or international candidates?
Yes. The network includes both US-based and international real estate-experienced support professionals. If you prefer US-only, you can specify that in your job post.

How do payments work between employers and hires?
REVA Hire does not process payments. You hire and pay candidates directly.

Most candidates are already experienced working with international clients and are comfortable using common payment methods like Wise, PayPal, Payoneer, or direct bank transfer.

This gives you flexibility to structure payment terms in a way that fits your business, without platform fees or restrictions.
