Real Estate Valuation Analyst

Clear Capital is hiring a full-time Real Estate Valuation Analyst to support residential valuation and property data review operations. This role works with real estate professionals nationwide to review, analyze, and validate property valuation reports to ensure they meet company and client quality standards.

The position offers structured exposure to collateral valuation processes and the broader mortgage and appraisal ecosystem.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Reviewing valuation reports for completeness and quality standards
• Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal and client requirements
• Meeting defined processing and turnaround benchmarks
• Supporting vendor relationships through responsive communication
• Analyzing property data to identify trends and inconsistencies
• Collaborating with internal account teams to prioritize high-importance reports

Required background:

• Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and meet productivity expectations
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Solid computer proficiency and comfort with online platforms
• Real estate or appraisal experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work additional hours when needed

Compensation:

• $19–$25 per hour
• Full-time position
