This role focuses on initiating conversations with prospective sellers and buyers, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments directly for the lead agent. The position requires consistent outbound communication, structured follow-up, and strong objection-handling skills.

The Appointment Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining pipeline activity and ensuring qualified prospects are moved efficiently into scheduled consultations.
