Harborview Property Management is seeking a Remote Property Operations Coordinator to support daily operations across a growing residential property portfolio. This role focuses on tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and administrative workflows within property management systems.
The position acts as a central operations hub, ensuring tenant requests, vendor coordination, and lease documentation are managed efficiently while maintaining organized records within AppFolio.
Key responsibilities may include:

Answering company phone lines and responding to tenant inquiries

Creating, updating, and tracking maintenance work orders in AppFolio

Scheduling maintenance technicians and third-party vendors

Coordinating Section 8 documentation and inspection processes

Preparing and sending lease renewals and onboarding paperwork

Maintaining accurate tenant records and account details in AppFolio

Monitoring upcoming inspections, open tasks, and expiring leases

Managing digital files, records, and communication logs
Required background:

Prior experience in property management, leasing coordination, or real estate operations

Working knowledge of AppFolio or similar property management platforms

Strong phone presence and professional communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy

Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
Preferred experience includes maintenance scheduling, vendor coordination, and familiarity with Section 8 or Housing Authority processes.
