Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Zeres Group is seeking a Senior Real Estate Transactions Coordinator to support complex residential and land-focused real estate projects across multiple U.S. markets. This is a senior-level, full-time remote role combining transaction management with broader operational support in a fast-moving investment environment.

The role focuses primarily on managing transactions from contract to close, with additional responsibility supporting property operations, land development workflows, and select project coordination tasks. This position is best suited for experienced real estate professionals who are comfortable handling complex files, resolving issues proactively, and communicating directly with sellers, attorneys, title companies, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Managing residential and land transactions from executed purchase agreement through closing
  • Coordinating with title, escrow, attorneys, sellers, and internal teams to keep deals moving
  • Reviewing title, due diligence materials, and transaction documentation for issues that could delay or derail closing
  • Proactively resolving transaction risks such as title defects, contract disputes, or seller hesitation
  • Supporting land and development-related due diligence, including surveys, utilities, permitting, and timelines
  • Coordinating internal project tasks related to listings, new construction, or property operations
  • Managing rental-related communication and basic tenant or vendor coordination as needed
  • Tracking transactions and tasks using CRM systems and productivity tools

Typical qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate transactions, title, land, acquisitions, or legal/operations roles
  • Experience managing complex or non-standard residential or land closings
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with sellers, attorneys, and vendors
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Strong organizational skills paired with a bias toward action and problem-solving

Compensation & benefits (as outlined by the employer):

  • Base salary range: $100,000–$120,000 (W-2), depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to deal outcomes
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • Flexible time-off policy

This role supports a lean, high-performing real estate investment firm with a focus on disciplined execution, speed, and operational excellence.
