Cold Caller / Real Estate Acquisitions Assistant (Remote)

Stillhouse Group, LLC is a real estate investment company seeking a Cold Caller / Acquisitions Assistant to support off-market deal sourcing. This role focuses on outbound calling to property owners to identify potential sellers and pass qualified opportunities to the acquisitions team.

This is an entry-level, phone-based role designed for candidates who are comfortable speaking with property owners, following call scripts, and logging accurate notes in a CRM. The position is fully remote and offers both part-time and full-time schedules.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Making outbound calls to property owners using a provided dialer
• Following call scripts while maintaining professional, natural conversations
• Identifying whether property owners may be interested in selling
• Asking basic qualifying questions when interest is present
• Scheduling follow-ups for acquisitions staff
• Logging call outcomes and notes accurately in the CRM

Important role clarification:

• This is not a negotiation or closing role
• This is not aggressive sales
• Primary responsibility is lead qualification and handoff

Ideal candidate profile:

• Comfortable with high-volume phone work
• Clear communicator with good listening skills
• Organized and consistent with data entry
• Interested in learning real estate investing fundamentals
• Sales, customer service, or call-center experience is helpful but not required

Compensation & schedule:

• Hourly pay starting at $10 per hour
• Additional commission may be available on closed deals
• Part-time or full-time availability (approximately 20–40 hours per week)
• Flexible schedule
• Fully remote
