Sequoia Real Estate is a San Francisco–based brokerage serving buyers and sellers across the Bay Area. They are seeking a dependable Lead Generation Specialist to support outbound real estate prospecting and early-stage lead qualification.
This role focuses on initiating conversations, gathering information, and identifying qualified real estate opportunities through outbound calling. It is a part-time, hourly contract position ideal for candidates who are confident on the phone, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities may include:

Making outbound calls to prospective real estate clients

Conducting professional, friendly conversations using provided guidelines

Qualifying leads by gathering key details (interest level, timeline, location)

Documenting call outcomes and notes accurately

Following call compliance and communication standards

Maintaining a consistent calling schedule and weekly activity targets

Providing feedback on lead quality to the broker or operations team
Required qualifications:
