Sequoia Real Estate is a San Francisco–based brokerage serving buyers and sellers across the Bay Area. They are seeking a dependable Lead Generation Specialist to support outbound real estate prospecting and early-stage lead qualification.

This role focuses on initiating conversations, gathering information, and identifying qualified real estate opportunities through outbound calling. It is a part-time, hourly contract position ideal for candidates who are confident on the phone, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Making outbound calls to prospective real estate clients
  • Conducting professional, friendly conversations using provided guidelines
  • Qualifying leads by gathering key details (interest level, timeline, location)
  • Documenting call outcomes and notes accurately
  • Following call compliance and communication standards
  • Maintaining a consistent calling schedule and weekly activity targets
  • Providing feedback on lead quality to the broker or operations team

Required qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication and phone presence
  • Comfort with outbound calling and lead conversations
  • Self-directed and reliable in a remote work environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM or tracking tools
  • Consistent availability during scheduled hours

Nice to have:

  • Spanish or Chinese language skills

Compensation & details:

  • Hourly pay: $20–$25 per hour
