Commercial Real Estate Listing Specialist (Data & Research – Remote)

REDI CRE is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Listing Specialist to support the maintenance and accuracy of property listing data within its proprietary web-based platform.

This role focuses on updating and managing commercial property listings (for sale, for lease, and sold), working directly with clients to ensure data accuracy and consistency. The position combines real estate knowledge, data organization, and client communication in a remote, full-time environment.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Updating and maintaining commercial property listings in a web-based database
• Working directly with commercial real estate clients to verify and correct listing information
• Organizing and processing data using spreadsheets and internal systems
• Ensuring data integrity and consistency across listings
• Assisting clients in navigating the company’s platform
• Providing professional support via phone and email
• Conducting research related to commercial property listings

Required background:

• Prior experience in the real estate industry (commercial real estate preferred)
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and web-based tools
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting

Experience with commercial real estate data platforms is a plus.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $40,000 – $50,000 annually
• Full-time remote role
• Paid time off
