Offer Now Idaho is hiring a full-time Lead Specialist to support its real estate acquisitions team. This role focuses on handling inbound and outbound homeowner leads, qualifying opportunities, and setting appointments for acquisitions managers. The position is fully remote but requires U.S. residency and availability during Mountain Time business hours.

This is a structured investor sales role within an off-market residential real estate investment company. The Lead Specialist works directly with motivated property owners and plays a key part in driving acquisition pipeline performance.


Key responsibilities may include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound homeowner leads by phone
  • Qualifying prospects based on property condition, motivation, and timeline
  • Setting high-quality appointments for the acquisitions team
  • Tracking conversations and follow-ups within the CRM
  • Meeting daily call, contact, and performance benchmarks
  • Collaborating with acquisitions leadership to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Maintaining accurate prospect records and follow-up schedules

Required background:

  • Prior phone-based sales experience (inside sales, B2C, call center, or similar)
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • Comfort spending significant time on outbound calls
  • Ability to manage time independently in a remote setting
  • Metrics-driven mindset with goal accountability
  • U.S. residency required
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes is expected.


Compensation:

  • $46,800–$85,000 per year (base plus performance incentives)
  • Performance-based bonuses and commission structure
  • OTE (On-Target Earnings) outlined by employer
