Mortgage Loan Processor (Mountain / Pacific Time Zone)

GoPrime Mortgage is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to manage residential loan files from application through closing. This fully remote position is designed for professionals who are comfortable owning the file lifecycle, maintaining compliance standards, and managing a steady pipeline in a deadline-driven environment.

Candidates located in the Mountain or Pacific time zones are preferred.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Processing residential mortgage loans from application through closing
• Reviewing loan data entered by Loan Originators for accuracy and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing and delivering required disclosures within regulatory timelines
• Reviewing tax returns, bank statements, paystubs, and related documentation
• Calculating borrower income and debt ratios
• Running Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS) including DU, LP, and GUS
• Managing a pipeline of 25+ loan files while meeting service level standards
• Monitoring compliance with federal lending regulations (including Reg Z, X, B, and C)
• Ordering and reviewing transcripts, title, insurance, VOEs, and fraud reports
• Maintaining organized, audit-ready loan files
• Providing proactive communication to borrowers, Loan Originators, and third parties

Required background:

• 3+ years of mortgage loan processing experience (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA)
• 3+ years of AUS experience (DU, LP, GUS)
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations
• Experience reviewing full documentation packages and verifying income/assets
• Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

Experience with self-employed borrowers and Encompass loan origination system is beneficial.

Compensation:

• $55,000–$57,000 per year
• Full-time position
