Growth Minded Talent Solutions is seeking a Real Estate Operations Manager to support a growing real estate business through transaction coordination, CRM management, listing support, and operational systems improvement. This role is designed for a highly organized professional who can take ownership of workflows, manage details accurately, and help create structure in a fast-moving environment.

The position combines operations management, executive support, and transaction oversight, making it a strong fit for candidates who thrive in real estate support roles with high accountability.


Key responsibilities may include:

  • Managing transactions from contract to close
  • Tracking deadlines, contingencies, disclosures, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinating communication with clients, lenders, title companies, and vendors
  • Building, documenting, and improving systems, workflows, and SOPs
  • Managing and maintaining CRM records and lead pipelines
  • Supporting listing launches, MLS input, marketing coordination, and vendor scheduling
  • Anticipating operational issues and solving problems proactively

Required background:

  • Strong real estate operations, transaction coordination, or executive support experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High accountability, urgency, and follow-through
  • Experience with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and transaction platforms
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems without constant oversight

Compensation:

  • $40,000 – $47,000 per year base
  • On-target earnings of $50,000 – $60,000+ based on performance
  • Optional per-transaction compensation structure may apply
