The coordinator acts as the central point of contact once a property is under contract, ensuring documentation, timelines, and communication stay on track throughout the closing process. Key responsibilities may include:

  • Managing real estate transactions from executed agreement to closing
  • Coordinating escrow, title, appraisal, and mortgage-related documentation
  • Scheduling inspections, repairs, and follow-up activities
  • Supporting negotiations by obtaining seller approvals for offers and counteroffers
  • Reviewing transaction files for accuracy, signatures, and compliance
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for sellers after contract execution
  • Providing regular updates and clear expectations throughout the closing process
  • Coordinating logistics such as inspections, photos, showings, and closing schedules
  • Maintaining accurate records through timely data entry and file organization

Typical qualifications include:
