Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

House Buyers of America is seeking a Manager of Transaction Management to oversee acquisition and disposition transactions from contract through closing while leading a team of transaction professionals.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining pipeline management with team supervision. The position involves managing high-volume real estate transactions, establishing operational standards, resolving complex closing issues, and ensuring compliance and accuracy across the transaction lifecycle.

The Manager will supervise Transaction Coordinators and Settlement Processors while personally managing a portfolio of active deals. This role requires strong operational ownership, accountability, and the ability to resolve complex transaction challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Managing acquisition and disposition transactions from contract ratification through settlement
  • Supervising, training, and performance-managing Transaction Coordinators
  • Establishing and tracking KPIs for transaction staff
  • Reviewing contracts, addenda, HUD statements, and closing disclosures
  • Coordinating with lenders on acquisition financing and construction draws
  • Overseeing listing preparation including photography and MLS accuracy
  • Ensuring CRM data integrity across all active transactions
  • Serving as escalation point for title defects, lender issues, or closing delays
  • Collaborating with sales and construction teams to maintain pipeline flow
  • Assisting with market expansion and third-party vendor relationships

Required background:

  • 5+ years of real estate transaction experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in settlement, title, or transaction management
  • Experience handling high-volume acquisition and disposition pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving ability in complex transaction environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Compensation:

Total compensation range: $80,000 – $130,000 annually (base plus bonus)
