Appraisal Coordinator

Appraiser X Suite is seeking a full-time Appraisal Coordinator to support real estate appraisal workflows and serve as a point of coordination between appraisers, lenders, clients, homeowners, and real estate professionals. This remote role focuses on keeping appraisal orders organized, progressing on schedule, and properly documented.

Responsibilities include coordinating appraisal orders, scheduling property inspections, managing calendars, tracking order status, and providing updates to clients. The coordinator will also verify property and inspection information, maintain accurate records, communicate with homeowners and agents, and follow up with appraisers to obtain required updates and documentation.

Candidates should have prior experience in real estate appraisal, mortgage operations, or related administrative support. Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are required. Candidates should also be comfortable working with Excel, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and other web-based systems. Experience with appraisal-specific platforms such as ANOW or A la Mode is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time remote position for U.S.-based candidates who can work standard business hours. The position includes paid time off and a flexible schedule.
