Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven, and fluent Bilingual Transaction Coordinator (English/Spanish) to support a high-volume Real Estate Investment business.

Note: This role is strictly focused on transaction coordination with Investors (Wholesalers, Fix & Flippers) rather than traditional Real Estate Agents.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the investor-side transaction process, including contract tracking, contractor payments, and deal-flow management. If you are a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a "get-it-done" attitude, we want to hear from you.

  • Schedule: Full-time | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Coordination: Manage the end-to-end transaction process specifically for real estate investors.
  • Deal Tracking: Monitor agreements, ensure contracts stay on track, and track deal progression.
  • Financial Monitoring: Oversee contractor and agreement payments to ensure they are completed per contract terms.
  • Email Management: Handle the client’s daily inbox, organize folders, and manage all follow-up correspondence.
  • Communication: Conduct professional follow-ups via email and cold calling (Note: This is an administrative follow-up, not sales).

Requirements

  • Bilingual Mastery: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in real estate support, transaction coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Technical Skills: Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing high-volume email inboxes.

Non-Negotiables

  • Native-Level English: Must speak very clear English with no heavy accent, as you will be communicating directly with U.S.-based clients.
  • Investor Experience: Direct experience working with Real Estate Investors is required. Experience solely with real estate agents will not be considered.
