Real Estate Dispositions Assistant

Five-Star Home Solutions is seeking a Real Estate Dispositions Assistant to support the marketing and sale of off-market investment properties. This remote role works alongside the Dispositions Manager and helps manage buyer activity, property marketing, and deal coordination through contract and closing.

Responsibilities include preparing property information for marketing, maintaining listings across buyer and third-party channels, responding to buyer inquiries, verifying buyer qualifications, and coordinating property access and walkthroughs. The position also tracks offers, assists with contract preparation, and maintains communication with prospective buyers throughout the disposition process.

The Dispositions Assistant will maintain accurate buyer and deal information in the company's CRM, coordinate with internal teams as transactions approach closing, and assist with reporting on disposition activity and results.

Candidates should have experience with real estate investing, wholesaling, dispositions, or related operations. Strong communication, follow-up, organization, and attention to detail are important, along with comfort using CRM and workflow systems. Training is provided, and the position offers an opportunity to develop toward greater responsibility within dispositions.
