Real Estate Inside Sales Representative (ISA)

A real estate team affiliated with Samson Properties is seeking a Real Estate Inside Sales Representative (ISA) to help generate and qualify homeowner leads. This remote role focuses on contacting potential sellers, identifying motivated prospects, and scheduling appointments for the acquisitions or sales team.

The position is suited for candidates who are comfortable on the phone, organized with follow-ups, and motivated by performance-based compensation.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Making outbound calls to homeowner leads from provided lists
• Qualifying seller motivation, timeline, and property details
• Scheduling appointments for the real estate sales team
• Maintaining accurate call notes and lead records in the CRM
• Following up with prospects to improve conversion rates
• Collaborating with the sales team to refine scripts and outreach strategies
• Supporting lead generation efforts based on market opportunities

Required background:

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service
• Experience using CRM platforms and outbound dialing systems
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to lead tracking and follow-ups
• Comfort working in a performance-driven environment

Compensation:

• $38,000–$58,000 per year potential earnings
• Performance-based bonuses and commission structure
• Contract position
