Apex Real Estate Group is seeking a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage property transactions from contract through closing. This role focuses on coordinating documentation, maintaining timelines, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved in real estate transactions.

Key responsibilities may include:
Transaction Management

Coordinating transactions from contract to closing

Preparing and reviewing contracts, disclosures, and transaction documents

Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
Communication & Coordination

Communicating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and escrow officers

Providing updates and ensuring all parties stay aligned throughout the process
Timeline & File Management

Tracking inspections, appraisals, financing, and closing milestones

Following up on outstanding items to prevent delays

Maintaining organized transaction records and documentation
Administrative & Support Tasks

Supporting listing updates and marketing coordination as needed

Managing CRM systems and document platforms

Providing customer support and responding to client inquiries
Required background:

Experience in real estate transaction coordination or administrative support

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
