Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Hello Leverage is seeking a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage transactions from contract through closing for agents across multiple markets. This role focuses on maintaining accurate files, tracking timelines, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved in each transaction.

The position is designed for experienced transaction coordinators who can manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and a strong client experience.

Key responsibilities may include:

Transaction Management

• Managing the full contract-to-close process across multiple transactions
• Reviewing contracts and summarizing key terms, contingencies, and deadlines
• Ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant

Timeline & Pipeline Management

• Tracking deadlines, contingencies, and closing milestones
• Following up with all parties to ensure timelines are met
• Managing a high-volume pipeline of transactions

Communication & Coordination

• Acting as the main liaison between agents, clients, lenders, and title companies
• Providing regular updates and guidance throughout the transaction process
• Building relationships with third-party partners to support smooth closings

File & Compliance Management

• Maintaining organized and compliant digital transaction files
• Completing file audits and closing documentation after settlement
• Updating MLS status and ensuring records are complete

Required background:

• Experience as a Transaction Coordinator or similar real estate role
• Strong understanding of real estate contracts and transaction timelines
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline (50–60 files per month)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, or similar tools
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation:

• $50,000 – $60,000 per year
• Paid time off included
