Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Sell2Rent.com is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage residential sale-leaseback transactions from executed contract through closing and post-closing activities. This remote contract position is ideal for professionals with strong contract-to-close experience who thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment.

The coordinator serves as the central point of communication between buyers, sellers, investors, title companies, attorneys, lenders, and other transaction partners. Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, title work, payoff requests, leaseback documentation, closing schedules, funding timelines, and post-closing follow-up while ensuring every transaction progresses efficiently.

Candidates should have extensive experience handling residential real estate transactions and be comfortable resolving title issues, liens, probate matters, foreclosure-related challenges, and other complex closing situations. Strong organizational skills, proactive communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM platforms, e-signature tools, and transaction management software are essential.
