Real Estate Transaction Coordinator – Residential Sale-Leaseback

Sell2Rent.com is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage residential sale-leaseback transactions from executed contract through funding and post-closing. This remote contract role is designed for experienced transaction professionals who can independently manage complex files and keep multiple parties aligned throughout the closing process.

Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, title work, payoff requests, leaseback documentation, investor assignments, closing schedules, and funding timelines. The coordinator will serve as a central point of communication among sellers, buyers, investors, title companies, attorneys, lenders, and internal team members while maintaining accurate CRM records, checklists, and transaction documentation.

Candidates should have substantial experience managing residential transactions from contract to close and be comfortable resolving more complicated closing issues involving title remediation, liens, payoffs, probate, foreclosure, and distressed properties. A background in transaction coordination, title, closing operations, or real estate paralegal work is particularly relevant. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and proficiency with transaction technology are important.
