GNO Properties LLC is seeking a Remote Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, tenant communication, and day-to-day property operations across a growing portfolio.
This role focuses on managing tenant interactions, coordinating applications and leasing workflows, and maintaining organized systems to ensure smooth property operations. The position is suited for candidates who can handle multiple tasks, communicate clearly, and maintain consistent follow-through in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities may include:

Responding to tenant and prospect inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Managing rental applications from submission through approval and move-in

Coordinating property showings and following up with prospective tenants

Communicating updates with property owners

Coordinating maintenance requests and resolving tenant issues

Maintaining accurate records and organized systems within property management platforms

Monitoring ongoing tasks and addressing issues proactively
Required background:

Experience in property management, leasing, or real estate operations

Strong communication skills with tenants and property owners

Ability to manage multiple tasks and conversations simultaneously

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Preferred experience:

Familiarity with property management tools such as Buildium

Experience with listing and showing platforms such as Zillow or ShowMojo

Experience using CRM or workflow systems such as Go High Level

Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
